Objective
Girl children will evolve into tomorrow’s skilled women-workforce. This progress can only happen through a seamless access to quality education. These girls will inturn uplift their families and society through the application of their knowledge, thereby offering prosperity to the community. Iraivi is a project of Rotary District 3212 which envisions to bring about a physical, intellectual and social transformation in girl children by supporting them.

Outcome
IRAIVI is conducted as a 3-hour programme conducted by 2 to 3 trainers exclusively for the girl students of various schools and colleges. Well ahead of the program, a set of questions are given to the students and teachers of the respective institution. Based on their answers, the trainers design the curriculum of the training. Today, the programme has reached the extent of bringing about a physical, intellectual and social transformation in the girl students.
